“I found Helen when I decided to try Reiki for the first time as way to heal my emotional state. I was looking deeply into my core beliefs to resolve the emotional negativity that would come up in my love relationships. At the time, my heart felt broken from a break-up with a woman I loved to the very best of my ability. Helen welcomed me to her healing space as she described the Reiki process to me. I didn't explain why I had come for healing as she expressed that the Reiki energy would find where the healing was needed on its own. Before she started, she informed me of her ability to channel with Spirit. I gave her permission to communicate any message that may come through for me. “….One of my cats went missing and we were all devastated, we put up posters all over the town and in the local paper and we searched everywhere.... But no Mr Tibs.... Helen called me and broke the news that he would not be coming home as he had contacted her spiritually to ask her to tell me he was in cat heaven and was okay. After lots of tears, I asked Helen where his body was and even though she said that his body was wasn't as important as where his soul was, I needed to know, as I needed closure. Helen described to me where to go to find him, (we live in England!) so off my hubby went and within ten minutes he called me to say that he had found him exactly where Helen had said he was.... “….I contracted RSD (Reflex Sympathetic Dystrophy) or Complex Regional Pain Syndrome (CRPS) which is an incurable disease of the nervous system whereby nerves misfire and send constant pain signals to the brain. I had two major spinal surgeries to implant devices to stop these pain signals from getting to my brain; and, was taking 29 prescription pills per day – though the pain persisted. Life was pretty miserable, and it was at this point I agreed to go with my sister to Oklahoma to see if I might get some relief from a Reiki master our friend Dana knew.
