Energy Healing
Energy, love, healing…. These things are not hindered by time or distance. Energy travels through Helen (the vessel) from a higher intelligence (God, Spirit, the Universe, however you feel comfortable terming it), to you (the recipient). This healing is often called the “laying on of hands”.

Everyone who seeks a healing receives one, whether or not it is in the form they were expecting! Sometimes a healing may be physical, emotional, spiritual, or it may come to you as the catalyst of change.

These sessions usually take around one hour. Please dress in loose, comfortable clothing. You will lay, fully clothed, on the massage table. Or if you would be more comfortable sitting, that works too! The energy flows thru Helen’s hands, and she works several inches above the client’s body in a series of flowing hand positions.

Akashic Records
The Akashic Records (or Book of Life) is the Record of your Soul through its many incarnations. Helen completed her training with a local ARCI teacher.

During a session, Helen opens the Record of your Soul using the Sacred Prayer. “Through your questions, the information from this sacred perspective is revealed. The clarity, depth and language from the Akashic Records can open a pathway for you to maximize your spiritual legacy”.

Reiki
“Reiki” is made up of two Japanese words: “Rei” - God’s wisdom/divine/Higher Power and “Ki” – life force energy. It is a spiritual experience, not a religion.

“Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by "laying on hands" and is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one's "life force energy" is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy. A treatment feels like a wonderful glowing radiance that flows through and around you. Reiki treats the whole person including body, emotions, mind and spirit creating many beneficial effects that include relaxation and feelings of peace, security and wellbeing.

Reiki is a simple, natural and safe method of spiritual healing and self-improvement that everyone can use. It also works in conjunction with all other medical or therapeutic techniques to relieve side effects and promote recovery.”

Helen is a Level III Reiki Master. She has taught classes and performed many attunements in the Oklahoma area over the last 11 years. If you are interested in becoming a Reiki practitioner, please contact Helen to arrange your Attunement session. Reiki attunements are performed by means of sacred symbols.

Oneness Blessings
Helen will not be running any Oneness Blessing Group Events this summer but if you are interested in finding a local event, please check the calendar at www.unitedlife.org

Helen received her first Oneness Blessing in September 2010, and it was such an unexpectedly deep, touching and powerful experience, she was determined to become a Oneness Blessing Giver at the first opportunity. And so she did!

The Oneness Blessing is a beautiful experience, a flood of love and connection with the Divine. It has been called “a benediction of grace”.

To transfer the Blessing, the Oneness Blessing Giver usually places their hands on the recipients’ head for a couple of minutes. It can also be given through the power of intention alone.

It is a non-denominational blessing, which brings a growth of consciousness. It awakens our connection with the Oneness of everything, helps to deepen our connection with Spirit, ourselves and others. The Giver is a Vessel for the transfer of physical energy.
